I am a leadership coach, facilitator, writer, entrepreneur, educator, and dog mom.

On the professional front, I’m a highly experienced Leadership Facilitator and Professional Certified Coach who brings a wealth of experience working with leaders across many sectors including Mining, Oil and Gas, Technology, Media, and Education. My diverse background brings a fresh perspective, allowing me to quickly identify and disrupt thinking patterns and assumptions that can hinder performance and productivity. Leveraging a blend of strategic insight and practical application, I help leaders navigate complexity, drive sustainable culture change, and achieve measurable business outcomes.

I have co-designed an award-winning, ICF-accredited coaching skills training program for a leading college in Maryland and have written a book called “That’s a Really Good Question,” which explores the power of Curiosity, a critical skill for any leader wanting to drive the success of their organization.

I've been called a "renaissance woman" and I'm all about being real.  I'm spent a lot of time learning how to be comfortable being myself, and learning to leverage my strengths.  I wish that for all of my clients, life and work designed in alignment with how we are wired, and what we value.

On the home front, I’m a mother to a four legged fluff ball named Kai and and am grateful to have a huge self selected family all around the world. I’m a creative, a nomad, an explorer, as likely to be on top of a mountain as in a museum (okay these days more likely on a mountain or beach). In my relationships I value connection, curiosity, and laughter above all else.

I've lived and worked in many parts of Canada, as well as Mexico and Ecuador. When I travel, the memories that stand ou the. most are not the places or landmarks, but rather the amazing and inspiring people I meet along the way. I love to be outside in the mountains, on the beach, in the elements and I also always save time to play with my dog, who is a constant reminder not to take life too seriously and who has many lessons to teach me.

Everything that we do has an impact on something or someone else, and understanding my impact helps me make choices that allow me to live in alignment with my values.
