Thinking of becoming a coach? Or do you just want the skills?

Find out about the coach skills training program that I co-created with my brilliant and talented colleague Jen Lara.  The program consists of three, 3 - day courses based on proven coaching methodologies as well as current learning best practices. The program provides a pathway for cultivating exceptionally productive human relationships, enhanced communication skills, and achieving greater work/life fulfillment.

It is aligned with International Coach Federation (ICF) standards designed to develop the leadership and coaching capacities of the participants.

The coach training program and individual coaching co-developed and led by Sue Abuelsamid has had an incredible influence on our college, from an individual level to the organizational level to our community as a whole. In my 30-year career, I have never experienced a more engaging, impactful and transformative learning experience. It is fair to say that there is a cultural revolution underway here that could not have happened without Sue’s leadership.

“I have quickly implemented many coaching skills in an attempt to enhance the world around me. Coaching has change my way of thinking. I’ve been able to get curious and see things with an open mind. I have been able to stretch myself to places I was once afraid to go. I’ve expanded my skillset and by doing so, have brought a new me to my colleagues, staff and students. In my opinion, coaching is the highest form of empowerment, both internal and external.”
