I am a leadership coach, writer, speaker, entrepreneur, educator, and dog mom.

I’m a mother to a four legged fluff ball named Kai and and am grateful to have a huge self selected family all around the world. I’m an albatross on a long journey of self discovery and exploration. I’m a creative, a nomad, an explorer, a curious soul, as likely to be on top of a mountain as in a museum. I value connection, curiosity, and laughter above all else. And I strive to understand leadership and trust as they relate to the human condition and the capacity (and my capacity) to live in a state of grace.

I've been called a "renaissance woman" and I'm all about being real.  I'm spent a lot of time learning how to be comfortable being myself, which makes me more creative and happier.  I wish that for all of my clients, a life designed in alignment with how we are wired.

I am passionate, adventurous, spontaneous, and have made it a mission to get as much out of life as possible. I've lived and worked in many parts of Canada, as well as Mexico and Ecuador. I love to climb and ski and surf, and ride, and also to read and have quiet conversations. Getting outside, spending time with people, talking about or doing things that I care about.  I also always save time to play with my dog, who is a constant reminder not to take life too seriously and who has many lessons to teach me.

Everything that we do has an impact on something or someone else, and understanding my impact helps me make choices that allow me to live in alignment with my values.

I’m a specialist in cultivating leaders with a focus on using curiosity as a tool for engagement in authentic dialogue and designed relationship that brings about sustainable, impactful, and effective leadership. As an educator, entrepreneur, and professional certified coach, I brings a wealth of experience from work with both public and private sector organizations and schools including but not limited to Anne Arundel Community College, Shell, Onondaga Camp, Amici Charity, Baltimore County Public Schools, and Great West Life. With over 25 years of experience in education and business, I strive to create a learning atmosphere that is powerful, engaging, and fun. I have lived and/or worked in Mexico, Ecuador, the US and various parts of Canada and in 2016 published a book on the impact of Curiosity titled “That’s A Really Good Question”.
